Leonhardt Manufacturing produces quality tubular products and welded
assemblies that combine CNC bent tubes, stampings, machined parts
and a variety of finishes from paint and powder to decorative chrome.
We work directly with our customer's product engineers to assure
design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) and best value
(VA/VE) for custom parts ranging from low volume specialty handlebars
to mass produced vehicle structural components. Our customers benefit
from our in-house prototyping and engineering capabilities by getting
smooth product launches and best value.
Our products include decorative chrome motorcycle components such
as handlebars and luggage racks, golf cart armrests and structural
members, stainless steel water vehicle handlebars, home and garden
composting bins and ATV handlebars, to name a few.
We work to customer specifications regarding materials, tolerances,
performance, durability, and cost. Processes include multiradius
and variable radius CNC bending, manual and robotic mig welding,
tig welding, induction brazing, stamping, and outsourced metal finishing
and coatings.
