Since the start of our company more than 30 years ago, we have seen
many changes in the tube fabricating industry as well as in manufacturing
in general. The advent of CNC tube bending machines has allowed
us to move from manual dedicated machines to flexible programmable
computer driven machines. The recent addition of a multiple radius
state-of-the-art CNC bender with the ability to produce a variable
radius has given us even more flexibility and capability.
The use of robots has also increased our capabilities. At one time,
all welding was done manually. While manual welding is still used,
robotic welding has improved the quality of cosmetic welds and has
eliminated much redundant and tiresome work.
Our experience in managing the entire supply chain, including finishing
(polishing, plating, and painting), has been a tremendous aid to
our customers who require this type of service.
We have established full service engineering and quality assurance
departments to guarantee that your new product development will
go smoothly from concept to start of production. Our customers are
supported with prototyping and design for manufacturability as well
as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
