In April of 2006, the owners of Leonhardt Manufacturing Company in planning for a succession of the company and a desire to keep the company in the Hanover Area created the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). It is a way to give back to the people who have helped the company become very successful.

Leonhardt Manufacturing Co., Inc. was founded in 1970 as a one-man tool and die shop and has grown to approximately 90 people working in a modern 89,000 square foot facility. Our combination of skilled people and state-of-the-art equipment affords us the opportunity to serve some of the biggest and best OEM's in the motorcycle, recreational vehicle, construction, and home and garden industries. We provide fabricated tubular products, often with specified finishes, such as chrome or paint, to these and other industries.

The fact that we have been in business for more than 35 years and have attracted some of the most successful OEM's speaks to our ability to meet their ever increasing needs. Starting as a one-man shop has enabled a "hands on" culture to develop and flourish. This culture translates into solving problems that help us to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
